FAQ

Why choose 12-12-12 over 15-15-15 for smallholders?

Lower price per bag makes 12-12-12 accessible to farmers with limited cash. The trade-off is higher application rate needed to deliver the same kg of nutrients per hectare.

Is 12-12-12 effective on depleted soils?

On severely depleted soils, 12-12-12 may not deliver enough nutrients for target yields. Soil testing after 2–3 seasons guides transition to higher-analysis grades or targeted straight fertilizers.

Can 12-12-12 be used in tree planting?

Yes. Mix 50–100 g per planting hole for forestry seedlings and orchard replants. The balanced ratio supports root and shoot development during the establishment year.
