4. Deal support
Documentation and communication through contract finalization in the trading portal.
Minimum inquiry package
- Buyer legal entity and country
- Product and grade (for example Urea 46% prilled)
- Monthly or spot volume in MT
- Delivery basis: FOB port or CIF with destination
- Target loading or delivery window
- Buyer procedure preferences and document expectations
