Data we collect

Depending on how you contact us, we may process:

• Inquiry content (product, volume, ports, Incoterms, message text)
• Technical data needed to operate the site (IP address, basic server logs, security signals)
• Account data for approved portal or agent users, where that channel is used

We do not ask for payment card numbers through the public website forms.

Why we use data

• Prepare quotations and commercial follow-up
• Operate and secure the website and any approved client tools

Legal basis and sharing

We process data based on our legitimate interest in conducting B2B trade communications, performance of pre-contract steps at your request, and compliance with applicable law. Retention

Inquiry and correspondence records are kept for as long as needed for the commercial relationship and statutory retention. Server logs are kept for a limited security period and then deleted or anonymized.

We apply administrative and technical measures appropriate to a trading website, including access controls and encrypted transport (HTTPS). No method of transmission is completely secure; please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive data by email.

Your rights
