You may use this website to review product lines, indicative market mids, logistics notes, market content, and to submit commercial inquiries via the RFQ ticket or email. You must provide accurate contact details and must not misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access to restricted tools, or interfere with site security or availability.

Quotations and commercial communications

Information on this website is general and may change without notice. Prices, availability, Incoterms, specifications, and lead times shown online are indicative only and do not constitute a binding offer. A binding sale arises only under a written contract accepted by both parties.

RFQ tickets and email inquiries are requests for commercial discussion. We may decline inquiries that are incomplete, speculative, or outside our trading scope.

Approved tools and agents

Any portal login or agent cooperation features are available only to approved users. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity under your account. We may suspend access if we detect misuse or security risk.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, product copy, and layout are owned by EUROCHEM TRADING CL or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or republish material for commercial use without prior written consent, except for fair personal reference while evaluating a potential trade.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, EUROCHEM TRADING CL is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from website use, delayed responses, or reliance on indicative online information. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes relating to website use shall be subject to the competent courts of the UAE, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
